Making leftovers exciting.




So last night was leftover night and I didn't want to just reheat what we had, so I decided to "jazz it up". I had some leftover oven barbecue chicken. I hand shredded it, add lots of garlic, onions, matchstick carrots and a little ketchup and BAM!!(In my Emeril voice) Served with rice and beans. Delicious!
