Good morning

About 5 months back, I went for a checkup and my doctor told me my cholesterol was a little high. Since then I've been taking steps to improve my health. One of those steps is including more whole grain in my diet. Muffins are my perfect breakfast food. They are quick to grab in the mornings, so I try to make them often.




Oat Bran and walnut muffin. First time trying these(loved them). Next time I'll add bananas as while.







Suisse Mocha with almond milk.
